How did you learn about the Via Flaminia Tour ?


Conditions:

1. There is only place for 30 cars off which half with soft-top. The allocation will be on a first pay first served basis.
2. The organisation reserves the right to cancel the event, in which case a full refund shall be given.
3. The organisation reserves the right to bring in minor changes into the programme.
4. All cars must be insured and comply with all regulation on roadworthiness.
5. By applying to the Via Flaminia Tour the applicant and his passenger(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers of the event and all other bodies or companies and individuals associated with or participating in the event (and their respective employees and agents) against all proceedings, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of any act, default, negligence or breach of statutory duty on our part.
6. The applicants declare that the vehicle entered will be covered by valid insurance for third party liability by law while driven by any member of its crew during any part of the event.


We want to participate in the Via Flaminia Tour 2008 and have read the conditions and approve of them.

Untill January 25th the fee for the Tour starting on May 24th in Verona and ending May 31st in Verona is € 1.830,-. (see [entry fee] for details).

The car train has different comfort levels. The couchette for five persons is the basic comfort level (in practice chances are big that you will be sleeping in a couchette sleeping four). More comfort is possible at extra cost. The prices are for both ways. A one way trip is half the price.
