ENTRY FEE


The fee is an all-inclusive fee for one car with two occupants.

The price includes 7 nights in excellent 3-star and 4-star hotels including breakfast. The hotels have been chosen in order to allow for the maximum of security for overnight parking of your classic car.

All but one supper are included and most lunches are included so as to give you some chance to wander around at leisure.

Rally material such as a route book with maps will be provided.

Not included are:
     . Insurances
     . Petrol
     . One supper and one or two lunches
     . Meals on the train (except for breakfast)
     . Drinks above one glass p.p./p.m.

The cost is:
     . The Tour: € 1.830,- 1) per equipe.
     . Transport by train Düsseldorf - Verona vice versa: € 790,-
     . € 750 down payment as part of the total fee.

The remainder will be due before March 31st 2008

Refunds:
. If the event will not take place due to force majeure the paid amount will be refunded except for € 100,- administration fee. Force majeure would be the car train ending operation or Italy closing its borders etc...

. In all other circumstances where the organization cancels the Tour, a total refund will be given.

. In the event you cancel your registration a fee of € 300 will be held back before January 15th 2008; a fee of € 750,- will be held back between January 15th and March 31st. After that date no refunds are possible.


Some hotels also have rooms which are more luxurious. They are either bigger, more comfortable, face south or etc,... You can book these more luxurious rooms by opting for the "upgrade". This will come at a supplement of € 100,- per equipe.

NB: The Via Flaminia Tour encourages the compensation of the carbon dioxide (CO2) emission via programs aiming at planting trees. You can have a look at klimaatneutraal.nl.

Conditions:

1. There is only place for 30 cars. The allocation will be on a first pay first served basis.
2. The organisation reserves the right to cancel the event, in which case a full refund shall be given.
3. The organisation reserves the right to bring in minor changes into the program.
4. All cars must be insured and fulfil all regulation on roadworthiness.
5. By applying to the Via Flaminia Tour the applicant and his passenger(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers of the event and all other bodies or companies and individuals associated with or participating in the event (and their respective employees and agents) against all proceedings, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of any act, default, negligence or breach of statutory duty on our part.
